Spring state of mind

Spring brings us closer to the sun, and together with the birds they wander and chirp again and the flowers bloom. While preparing for the summer and spring season, we can consider meditation as an opportunity to relax while enjoying the warmth of the season.

Spring is always the right time to work on building a more productive routine, a more active life and to give up bad habits.

The basis for achieving something consists of three essential energies which are creation, transformation and termination. These three forms of energy interact to manifest the order of cycles and rhythms. If we talk about the cycles of nature, then we must know that they are inevitable and form our personal experience from them.

The energy of creation is not simple. Have you noticed how we sometimes feel excited and inspired as if we are ready to conquer the world? Well, this is the energy of creativity, which makes us feel alive, full of energy and ready to move forward.

The energy of transformation is a little different, as a slower but more permanent process. At this stage, we are still involved in the process and the work is progressing at the right pace, so that it results in the completion of the process.

The completion energy would be described as more powerful. If we have achieved our main goal, it means that our work has reached its peak and the process is the last steps towards full realization.
