Healthy Recipe: Balanced Blueberry Smoothie

Our recommendation is the Balanced Blueberry Breakfast Smoothie, which includes all major food groups (carbohydrates, fats, and proteins) and is notably fulfilling.

The necessary ingredients for this special smoothie are:

  • 1 cup of blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1-2 cups of unsweetened coconut milk 
  • 1⁄2 banana
  • 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 2 cups of spinach
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
