Eat regularly throughout the day by consuming small, frequent meals. This will prevent you from feeling excessively hungry and snacking on unhealthy foods.

Stay hydrated by drinking water throughout the day. This will help keep your body healthy and hydrated while making better food choices.

Opt for a smaller plate since studies have shown that we tend to overfill our plates regardless of size. By using a smaller plate, you’ll be able to control your portions and eat less.
